  • 1.Q: Will the conference proceedings be submitted for SCOPUS/ESCI indexing?

    Ans: Yes. The proceedings will be submitted to the Web of Science Book Citation Index (BkCI) and Scopus for evaluation and potential indexing. Terms & Conditions apply.

  • 2.Q: Are all accepted papers published in SCOPUS-indexed journals?

    Ans: No. Only selected high-quality papers will be forwarded for publication in Scopus-indexed journals.

  • 3.Q: Does the registration fee include publication charges?

    Ans: Yes. The registration fee covers the standard publication process for accepted papers. Terms & Conditions apply.

  • 4.Q: Can I serve as a paper reviewer without joining the advisory committee?

    Ans: No. Reviewing privileges are reserved for confirmed committee members only.

  • 5.Q: Can I request extra hard copies of the proceedings?

    Ans: Yes. Additional printed copies are available for purchase at {{ExtraProceedingFee}} per copy.

  • 6.Q: How many co-authors can I include in the proceedings?

  • 9.Q: Will I receive an official journal acceptance letter?
