    Language & Grammar:

  • Use clear, concise, and formal academic English.
  • Eliminate grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, and inconsistent terminology.
  • Plagiarism Check:

  • Run your manuscript through a reputable plagiarism-detection tool.
  • Properly cite all sources and quotations to maintain originality.
  • Proofreading:

  • Verify spelling, punctuation, and formatting consistency.
  • Cross-check figures, tables, and references for accuracy.

Formatting Guidelines

Adhere to the target journal’s instructions—most Scopus-indexed journals share these common requirements:

    Journal Format

  • Title page with full title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author contact.
  • Abstract (150–250 words) and 3–6 keywords.
  • Structured sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, References.
  • Research Paper Format

  • Double-column layout (if specified) or single column with 12-pt font (Times New Roman).
