  • Q1. I am a student. Am I eligible to attend this conference?

    Ans: Yes. Students, researchers, academicians, and professionals are all welcome to participate.

  • Q2.Who can attend the Welcome Reception?

    Ans: All registered delegates, speakers, session chairs, and invited guests are invited to join the Welcome Reception.

  • Q3. Will I get a certificate of attendance?

    Ans: Yes. Every registered participant (presenters and listeners) will receive an electronic certificate of attendance after the conference.

  • Q4. Will my article be published from this conference?

    Ans: Selected high-quality papers will be offered publication opportunities in partner journals. Not all submissions are guaranteed publication.

  • Q5. If my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend the conference?

    Ans: Absolutely. You can register as a listener and participate in all sessions and networking events.

  • Q6. What is the word limit for the abstract?

    Ans: Abstracts should be between 200 and 300 words.

  • Q7. How many pages are allowed for a full paper?

    Ans: Full papers should not exceed 8 pages, including references, tables, and figures.

  • Q8. Can I submit a poster for this conference?

    Ans: Yes. Poster submissions are accepted under the Poster & Visual Presentation Track track—please follow the poster guidelines on our website.

  • Q9. I am a co-author of a paper. Can I present the work?

    Ans:Yes, co-authors may present, provided each presenter registers separately.

  • Q10. Is there an option for video/Skype presentation?

    Ans: Yes. Virtual presentations are supported via video link; please indicate your preference during submission.

  • Q11. Where can I find guidelines about poster sessions?

    Ans: Detailed poster session instructions are available at Poster Guidelines on our conference website.

  • Q12. Can you sponsor our travel and accommodation?

  • Q13. Are meals or lunch included with my registration?

    Ans: Light refreshments (tea/coffee breaks) are provided. Lunch is not included but can be purchased on-site or at nearby venues.

  • Q14. Can I cancel my registration?

    Ans: Yes. Cancellations received before 30th September 2025 will receive a 50% refund. After that date, no refunds are available.

  • Q15. When will registration open?

    Ans: Online registration opens on 1st September 2025 and closes on 24nd October 2025.

  • Q16. Can I register online?

  • Q17. Will I get a fee receipt after payment?

    Ans: Yes. An electronic fee receipt will be emailed to you immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Q17. Can you provide me with an invitation letter?

    Ans: Yes. Once you complete registration and payment, you will receive an official invitation letter on our conference letterhead.
